1. At entrance where everyone but the corporate donors wait, hungry and having left with plenty of time to be on time...stand and watch while the corporate donors, arriving late, are being ushered in. The feeling is the same as boarding a plane and walking through first class seeing them sipping wine in their wide seat while on way to the claustrophobic confines of economy. Recent studies have shown that to be a prime source of air rage. Perhaps something could be done with the entrance so not to segregate the classes (from those who pay out of their own pocket from those who are able to write it off of their business taxes).
2. Perhaps some area for seating , especially for seniors.
