As a community service, the University of Hawaii William S. Richardson School of Law is offering FREE sessions (up to 30 minutes each) to those who are interested in starting their own business. The sessions will be conducted by law students, under the supervision of instructor Greg Kim (a licensed attorney who specializes in business law).
The Clinic students are trained to discuss basic questions relating to: choice of entity, formation and governance of limited liability companies and corporations, protection of names and trademarks, and other business law matters.
Appointments are required to attend the sessions.
